Why isn’t my gift card balance applying to my cart?
We recommend checking your card balance here. If the issue persists after your balance has been checked, please reach out to onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au for further assistance.
Why can’t I check-out?
If you are receiving a response at check-out advising that we cannot ship to your nominated address, it could be that your combined total cart weight is 60kg or more and you’re trying to process a home delivery order. If this is the case, we will need to prepare a custom shipping quote for you. Please send your shopping cart contents to onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au for further assistance.
What’s my estimated delivery time?
Our estimated deliveries are based on post-order date, and in-line with the carrier’s estimated transit times, which can be found here: Delivery Times. Tool Kit Depot is unable to control third-party delivery estimates and timeframes, post-dispatch. Peak times, national weather events and public holidays may impact expected delivery timeframes.
What is your returns policy?
Our Returns Policy can be located here: Returns Policy. It’s important to understand prior to your purchase that, unfortunately, we cannot offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on the following items:
- Custom-made products
- Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
- Special Orders
- Orders exceeding thirty (30) day timeframe
- Clearance line products purchased online
- These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
