- Relton Stick-Kut is a blended wax stick designed for use in applications where liquid coolants are not feasible or desirable.
- It comes packaged in a convenient push-up cartridge that is easy to apply and eliminates spilling and evaporation.
- Stick-Kut can extend tool life, reduce loading, stop binding, and prevent burring in a variety of applications.
- Stick Kut retains its lubrication properties longer than most liquid products. Suitable for use on aluminium, brass, plastic, ferrous, and non-ferrous materials.
Typical uses include:
- manual application on rotating or stationary cutting tools, grinding wheels or belts
- lubricating band saw blades to leave a clean, smooth cut
- eliminating grinding wheel heat build up and extending wheel life
- load reduction of sanding belts
- machine applications such as tapping, drilling, milling, reaming, cutting, forming, etc.
