Commercial Customer Employee Discount Terms and Conditions (Ongoing)

The following terms and conditions govern the employee discount offers provided by Tool Kit Depot ("we", "our", "us") to employees of participating commercial customers ("you", "your"). By participating in these offers, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Offer Availability:
The employee discounts offered by Tool Kit Depot are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time, for any reason, and without liability.

Eligibility:
Eligibility for employee discounts is determined by agreements between Tool Kit Depot and specific commercial customers. Employees must present valid proof of employment with a participating customer to qualify for discounts.

Discount Application:
Discounts may vary based on the specific agreement with the customer and the type of products or services offered. Not all products or services may be eligible for discounts.

Verification:
Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to verify employment status and eligibility of individuals claiming employee discounts. Falsification of information may result in denial of discounts and possible legal action.

Limitations:
Employee discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Changes and Cancellations:

We may modify or cancel employee discounts, or alter these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Disclaimer:
Tool Kit Depot makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of employee discounts. We disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or reliance on these offers.

By participating in our commercial customer employee discount program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the program.

Fluke Tax Time Competition (1^st April – 30^th June 2025)

Competition Period:

Competition runs from Tuesday, 1^st April 2025 to Monday 30^th June 2025.

Eligibility:

• Exclusive to TKD Reward Club Members. Customers may join the TKD Rewards Club Program at any time during the Competition Period before making a purchase to be eligible to enter the competition. Membership cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase.

• Open to Australian residents only.

• Tool Kit Depot employees are ineligible to enter.

Entry Requirements:

• Spend over $1,000 on Fluke products in a single transaction during the Competition Period.

• Applicable to in-store purchases only.

• Each entrant is limited to winning one prize.

• Entries submitted after the Competition Period will not be valid.

Prize Details:

A total of seventeen (17) Prize Packs are available to be won, with one prize per Tool Kit Depot store. Prize Pack include: one (1) Sonos Roam Speaker, one (1) Schmick Double Glazed Bar Fridge, and one (1) Ooni Koda Pizza Oven (Combined valued of $1,600).

Winner Selection & Prize Collection:

• Winners will be chosen at random. Notification will begin from Tuesday, 1^st July 2025, via phone.

• Winners must respond and claim their prize within three (3) business days of being notified.

• Prize must be collected from the winner’s nearest Tool Kit Depot store within thirty (30) days. Delivery is not available.

• Failure to claim the prize within this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Limitations:

The competition is subject to availability and is limited in duration and quantity.

General Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed in cash.

•  Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

• Tool Kit Depot may modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

• Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photographs and social media winner announcements. By entering, participants agree to Tool Kit Depot using their name and likeness for marketing purposes without additional compensation.

• Tool Kit Depot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once collected. 

Personal information collected for this competition will be handled in accordance with Tool Kit Depot’s Privacy Policy toolkitdepot.com.au/privacy-policy.

Tax Time (28^th April – 25^th May 2025) 

Promotion Period: Promotion runs from Monday, 28^th April 2025 to Sunday, 25^th May 2025. 

Promotion:  

A range of discounted offers and bonus offers are available to all customers, with additional selected offers exclusive to TKD Rewards Club Members. Customers may join the TKD Rewards Club at any time during the promotion before making a purchase to access member-only offers: 

• In-store: Sign up as a member before completing your purchase. 
• Online: Ensure you are logged into your Tool Kit Depot member account at checkout. 
• Membership cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase. 

Purchases: 

• In-Store: Discounts are automatically applied at the register for eligible purchases during the promotion period. Eligible participants must provide sufficient identification as a TKD Rewards Club Member to access exclusive member-only offers as part of the promotion.  
• Online: Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders during the promotion period. For TKD Reward Club member offers, ensure you are logged into your TKD account to access the exclusive member-only offers accordingly. 

Instant Bonuses: 

Selected products are eligible for an Instant Bonus offer. Customers will receive the Instant Bonus item/s at the time of purchase. Bonus items cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other products. Offers are valid while promotional stock lasts and availability may vary by store.  

• In-Store Purchases: Eligible Instant Bonus item/s will be provided at the register or upon collection for qualifying purchases. 
• Online Purchases: Eligible Instant Bonus item/s are automatically added to the cart at checkout. If an Instant Bonus item does not appear in the cart, it may indicate that online promotional stock has been exhausted. Stock levels may still vary across individual store locations. Instant Bonuses will be dispatched with the customer's order. If stock is limited, the order may be dispatched in multiple shipments or adjusted to reflect availability.  

Exclusions:  

• Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.  
• TKD Rewards Club Members, Bunnings PowerPass Members and Tool Kit Depot account holders with negotiated business pricing are not eligible for additional discount beyond the promoted discounted offer. PowerPass members may join the TKD Rewards Club Program during the promotion before making a purchase to access member-only offers. 

Limitations:  

• Offers are subject to stock availability and may be limited in quantity or duration. 
• Tool Kit Depot is not liable for technical issues, including website malfunctions, that may impact participation. 

General Terms:  

• Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.  

• Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing, product descriptions, or promotional details, and to cancel or modify orders affected by such errors. 

• Transactions suspected of being for resale purposes may be declined at Tool Kit Depot's discretion.

Promotion Period: Promotion runs from Friday, 23^rd May 2025 to Saturday, 24^th May 2025. All online purchases must be completed by 11:59pm (AEST).

Promotion: A 10% discount will be applied to selected products during the Promotion Period. This offer is available to all customers, both in-store and online. See exclusions below.

Purchases: 

• Online: Discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible products during the Promotion Period. 
• In-Store: Discount will be automatically applied at the register for eligible products.

Exclusions:  

• Products excluded from this promotion: Festool, Fein, and Tool Kit Depot gift cards.
