If you opted to collect in store you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.

If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the order has been despatched to the couriers. You will be able to click the link and track your order progress online.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Occasionally, we will need to locate stock across our store network to fulfil your order. In this scenario we will contact you to inform you of the delay and provide and estimated delivery time.

What shipping options are offered?

We’re pleased to offer a wide range of convenient Australia-wide shipping options for you, including:

  • Free Shipping on standard orders over $99*
  • Standard Shipping: please allow 4 – 7 business days post-dispatch to receive your order.
  • Express Shipping: please allow 2 – 4 business days post-dispatch to receive your item.
  • Click & Collect: Your selected store will contact you via telephone once your item/s have been set aside for you and ready for your collection.

What items are classed as Big and Bulky?

Items that exceed 30kg and/or 105cm in length will be classed as Big and Bulky.

Are there any exceptions to items being shipped?

Some items that we stock are not able to be shipped, such as trailers or cement mixers. Products that are unable to be shipped are labelled as ‘pick-up only’ or ‘click and collect’ for your convenience. Please note, to ensure that we meet dangerous goods restrictions, we will not undertake pre-starts or tests on items that are shipped.

What if I live in a different country?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to support international shipping at present. An alternative around this may be having your item shipped to a friend or relative within Australia for on-shipping to you.

What is your dispatch time?

We aim to have orders received by 1:00 pm AEST processed to be packed and dispatched the same day your order is placed. Any orders received after 1:00 pm AEST will be processed on the next business day. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date. Whilst we do our best to estimate delivery time accurately, all delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been dispatched, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

How do I cancel my order?

Provided we haven’t dispatched your order already, please reach out to our team at onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au to check the status of your order and cancellation options available to you.

What if my item is lost in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to our team at onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au so we can work together to resolve the issue.

 

Same Day Delivery

How Does Same Day Delivery Work?

1. SHOP ONLINE

  • Shop online and find your desired product 
  • Add your products to cart  
  • In your cart, select Same Day Delivery as your shipping option  
  • Checkout and pay

2. WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE

  • Once your order has been placed we will send you an email to confirm your order and another once your order has been picked for delivery.  
  • Your order will be delivered to your selected delivery address within the same day providing the order was made before 12pm and meets the Same Day Delivery order criteria.  
  • To comply with social distancing rules our courier drivers will leave your order in a safe place outside you chosen address. 

What is the Same Day Delivery Order Criteria?

*You will only be able to complete a Same Day Delivery order if all items in your cart are available and in-stock for your delivery location. Certain products are not available for same day delivery such as Big & Bulky, Oversized or Hazardous goods. These include things like lawn Mowers, Wheel Barrows and Generators.

What is Same Day Delivery?

Our Same Day Delivery offering is a fast and convenient way to get the tools you need for the job sooner. The service is currently available for deliveries to South Australian and Western Australian Metro post codes that were ordered before 12pm Monday – Sunday. At this point in time it is only available for orders that weigh less than 20kg.  

Are all products available for Same Day Delivery?

At this stage there are certain products that are not available for Same Day Delivery:  

Exclusions include:  

  • Products over 20kg  
  • An order with a combined weight of over 20kg  
  • Hazardous or Dangerous Goods  
  • Items that are only available for click and collect. 

Oversized orders which that exceed the dimensions below:  

Proposed MAX Cubic Weight = 25kgs Total  

  • Maximum length – 1.2m 
  • Maximum Height 0.70m 
  • Maximum Width 0.70m 
  • Maximum cubic – 0.25m3 

What does it cost for Same Day Delivery?

For a limited time Same Day Delivery will be $15 per order

What happens if my order is placed after 12pm?

In some cases you may still be able to receive your order on the same day, however typically your order will be delivered the following day.

What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

Your order will be placed in a secure place or if there is nowhere safe for the parcel to be left the courier will return the order to the store. In this instance, you will need to contact us to organise another courier which may not arrive on the same day depending on the time frame.  

What if I receive my delivery and there are items missing?

If you have an issue with your order please contact our online customer care team on 1800 T K Depot.

Why did my Same Day Delivery order not go through?

Tool Kit Depot takes online fraud seriously. When you make an online order with Tool Kit Depot your order may be flagged as potentially suspicious. In this instance you will receive an email from our Customer Service team to verify your identity. Once your identify has been verified your order will be processes. Same Day Delivery order deadlines may not be achieved if your details cannot be verified in time.  

Why is my order not valid for Same Day Delivery despite me having a metro postcode?

Due to driver availability, there are some postcodes that do not qualify for Same Day delivery yet. If your post code is within the eligible catchment you will see Same Day Delivery at checkout.
