Price Match Guarantee Policy

 

Tool Kit Depot is proudly committed to offering its customers great products at the best possible price, together with outstanding service. If you find an identical item at a lower price from a competitor in Australia that meets the requirements below, we’ll match it!

 

Requirements

  • Our Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products. This means it must be the same brand, model number/SKU, and must be a genuine supplier product (no grey import products).
  • Products must be in-stock at both the competitor and Tool Kit Depot at the time of price matching.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee excludes items sold by other Bunnings Group businesses.
  • The price comparison must include any delivery costs and GST.
  • Approved Price Match requests cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or coupon code offerings.
  • Price Match requests that fall under Tool Kit Depot cost price will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
    • Commercial/bulk quantities or trade discounts/pricing.
    • Stock liquidations.
    • Auctions, online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon).
    • Cashback and coupon offers (i.e., supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword) or bonus goods offers (i.e. suppliers offering additional goods with a purchase).
    • Used, second-hand, refurbished, damaged or ex-demonstration stock.
    • Non-genuine supplier products.
    • ‘Club’ pricing not available to the general public.

To request our Price Match Guarantee:

 

  • Come into your local Tool Kit Depot store and talk to a friendly team member
  • Use the 'Price Match' button found on every product page on our website

  • Contact one of our friendly online team members at onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au

You’ll need to provide evidence of the competitor’s price so that we can verify it.
