  • Order Online: Browse our extensive range of products on our website, select the items you need (look for the green tick—this means the item’s in stock at your preferred store), and place your order online.
  • Collect In-Store: Head to your selected store, bypassing any queues. Your order will be ready and waiting, allowing you to get what you need without any unnecessary delays. If you have any other questions about how to use click and collect, find your local store and give them a call—they’ll be happy to help!

    • Is there any additional cost for Click and Collect?

    No, our Click & Collect service is completely free. You enjoy the benefits of a swift and efficient process without any extra costs.

    What if I don't make it to the store within the hour?

    If you're unable to make it within the hour, don't worry! Your order will still be available for collection at your selected store for a reasonable period. How long do you have to pick up click and collect? Please refer to our Terms of Sale & Delivery for more info.
