We’ll let you know via email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Head to your selected Tool Kit Depot store. Don’t forget to bring I.D. and your order confirmation.

Go to the front counter, where a team member will have your order ready to collect.

How does Click and Collect work at Tool Kit Depot?

  • Select your preferred Store: Choose the Tool Kit Depot store that’s most convenient for your pickup.
  • Order Online: Browse our extensive range of products on our website, select the items you need (look for the green tick—this means the item’s in stock at your preferred store), and place your order online.
  • Collect In-Store: Head to your selected store, bypassing any queues. Your order will be ready and waiting, allowing you to get what you need without any unnecessary delays. If you have any other questions about how to use click and collect, find your local store and give them a call—they’ll be happy to help!

    • Is there any additional cost for Click & Collect?

    No, our Click & Collect service is completely free. You enjoy the benefits of a swift and efficient process without any extra costs.

    What if I don't make it to the store that day?

    If you're unable to make it straight away, don't worry! Your order will still be available for collection at your selected store for a reasonable period. How long do you have to pick up Click & Collect? Please refer to our Terms of Sale & Delivery for more info.

    Are there any circumstances where my Click & Collect may be delayed?
