We’re pleased to offer a wide range of convenient Australia-wide shipping options for you, and we want to remove the guesswork for you and offer convenient flat shipping fees and FREE shipping via Australia Post for certain items.
Estimated Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 business days.
Occasionally, we will need to locate stock across our store network to fulfil your order. Where your order has multiple items or quantities, we may need to dispatch your order across multiple shipments (split order). You will be provided with a tracking number and email notification for each shipment (partially shipped).
If you selected Click & Collect, your selected store will contact you via telephone once your order has been set aside for you and ready for your collection. Our Online team will be in contact with you in the event of any delays regarding your order.

Free Shipping on Standard Orders over $99*
To be eligible for our Free Shipping offer, your order must:
- Be delivered to an Australian address.
- Be over $99 (after discounts/coupons, excluding shipping costs).
- Not exceed a total cart weight of 22kg and/or 105cm in length (including individual products).
Our Free Shipping offer excludes:
- Products labelled ‘Clearance’.
- Big & Bulky, Oversized, and Commercial/Custom quote products.
Our Free Shipping offer can be changed or withdrawn anytime without notice.
Standard & Express Shipping on Orders
If your order is not eligible for our Free Shipping offer, you may qualify for our Standard or Express Shipping options. To be eligible, your order must:
- Be delivered to an Australian address.
- Have a total cart weight exceeding 22kg but not more than 29kg, and/or a length not exceeding 105cm (including individual products).
Our Express Shipping offer excludes:
- Big & Bulky, Oversized, and Commercial/Custom quote products.
- Dangerous and Hazardous Goods.
Delivery Time Estimations
Please note, the above delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Whilst we endeavour to work closely with couriers to ensure prompt delivery, once your order is dispatched, we are unable to control timeframes which can be impacted by weather events, courier depot processing and unforeseen delays. Are there any exceptions to items being shipped?
Some items that we stock are not able to be shipped, such as trailers or cement mixers. Products that are unable to be shipped are labelled as ‘pick-up only’ or ‘click and collect’ for your convenience. Please note, to ensure that we meet dangerous goods restrictions, we will not undertake pre-starts or tests on items that are shipped.
What if I live in a different country?
Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to support international shipping currently. An alternative around this may be having your item shipped to a friend or relative within Australia for on-shipping to you.
What is your shipping policy?
We aim to have orders received by 12:30 pm AEST processed to be packed and dispatched the same business day your order is placed. Any orders received after 12:30 pm AEST will be processed on the next business day. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and tracking number.
Please follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date. Whilst we do our best to estimate delivery time accurately, all delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been dispatched, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
What if my item is lost in transit?
Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to our team at onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au so we can work together to resolve the issue.
How do I cancel my order?
Provided we haven’t dispatched your order already, please reach out to our team at onlinesales@toolkitdepot.com.au to check the status of your order and cancellation options available to you.
Dangerous Goods
Where your order contains Dangerous Goods, Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to dispatch in-line with Carrier and legislative requirements. Your order may therefore be adjusted to be road express rather than air freight to adhere to these requirements. If your order cannot be dispatched via AusPost Express Post, we will refund the shipping fee difference between express post and standard post shipping.
Delivery to PO Box / LPO
Where your order contains products labelled as Big & Bulky and/or Oversized, or where your order is bulk quantity purchase, delivery is not possible to PO Box / LPO, and a physical address will need to be provided to avoid dispatch and delivery delays.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Your order will be left in a secure place or, if there is no safe drop area for the parcel to be left, the courier will return the order to the store. In this instance, you will need to contact us to organise another courier which may not arrive on the same day depending on the timeframe.
What if I receive my delivery and there are items missing?
