REQUIREMENTS:

  • It’s the exact same product - same brand and model number/SKU.
  • It’s sold by a genuine, authorised Australian retailer (no grey imports), either:
    • Online: the product must be available for home delivery to your address, and the price must include delivery fees and GST.
    • Store: the product must be available in a competitor’s physical store within 10km of a TKD store, and the price must include GST.
  • The item is in stock at both the competitor and Tool Kit Depot (no special orders, order in, pre-orders, or backorders).
  • It’s not from Bunnings Marketplace or other Bunnings Group owned businesses.
  • You’re not using it with any other discounts, cashback offers, coupon codes, or gift cards (including PowerPass).
  • Only one price beat per customer.

OUR PRICE BEAT PROMISE DOES NOT APPLY TO:

  • The item is on clearance, part of a liquidation, or from an auction or marketplace (like eBay, Gumtree, or Amazon).
  • The price includes bonus goods, cashback, points, or coupons.
  • The product is used, refurbished, damaged, or ex-display.
  • The product is not genuine.
  • The product is not being sold through an authorised dealer or retailer.
  • It’s a Gift Card, or a Festool or Fein item.

HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE BEAT:

  • Buying online for home delivery? Submit an online request. The competitor’s product must be available for delivery to your address.
  • Buying in-store? Head into your local TKD store and chat with our friendly team or give them a call. Price Beat requests for in-store purchases, including Click & Collect, must be requested through your local TKD store.
