In Stock Guarantee
Tool Kit Depot guarantees that products will be in stock at the time of order. For online orders, this means a successful transaction has been completed by the customer with a order ID provided. In the unlikely event that a guaranteed stock item is unavailable in the quantity you have purchased, you will be notified via phone or email within 24 hours, and we will:
- Cover the cost of delivery of your order when we have the required stock to complete your order; or
- Offer a full refund for the order
The below products are excluded from the 'In-stock Guarantee' promotion;
- Products listed on the website as 'Pick up only'
- Dangerous or Hazardous Goods
- Products listed on the website that are over 22kg or classified as Big & Bulky or Oversized.
- Special Order, Clearance, Deleted or Discontinued lines.

The employee discounts offered by Tool Kit Depot are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time, for any reason, and without liability.
Eligibility:
Eligibility for employee discounts is determined by agreements between Tool Kit Depot and specific commercial customers. Employees must present valid proof of employment with a participating customer to qualify for discounts.
Discount Application:
Discounts may vary based on the specific agreement with the customer and the type of products or services offered. Not all products or services may be eligible for discounts.
Verification:
Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to verify employment status and eligibility of individuals claiming employee discounts. Falsification of information may result in denial of discounts and possible legal action.
Limitations:
Employee discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Changes and Cancellations:
We may modify or cancel employee discounts, or alter these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Massive Clearance Sale (December 2024 – January 2025)
Promotion Period:
Promotion runs from Friday 27th December 2024 to Friday 24th January 2025.
Promotion:
A range of selected discounted products is available to all customers, with selected offers exclusive to TKD Rewards Club Members. Customers can join the TKD Rewards Club at any time during the Promotion Period to access member-only offers. The promotion is valid both in-store and online. Clearance stock is limited, and offer is valid only while stock lasts. Stock availability may vary by store. Please contact your local store for details on stock availability.
Purchases:
- Online: Discounted offers are automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders during the Promotion Period. For TKD Reward Club member offers, ensure you are logged into your account to access the exclusive member-only offers accordingly.
- In-Store: Discounted offers are automatically applied at the register for eliglbe orders during the Promotion Period. Eligible participants must provide sufficient identification as a TKD Rewards Club Member to access exclusive member-only offers as part of the promotion.
Exclusions:
- Clearance sale items cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. This offer applies to floor stock only and excludes special orders.
- Promotion excludes PowerPass member discount on already discounted items. PowerPass members can sign up as a TKD Rewards Club Members during the Promotion Period and must be logged into their TKD Rewards Club account when shopping online to receive access to exclusive member-only offers.
- TKD Rewards Club Members and account holders with negotiated business pricing are not eligible for any additional discounts in conjunction with this promotion, including PowerPass member discount.
Returns & Exchanges:
All clearance sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on clearance items purchased in-store and online.
