Commercial Customer Employee Discount Terms and Conditions (Ongoing)

The following terms and conditions govern the employee discount offers provided by Tool Kit Depot ("we", "our", "us") to employees of participating commercial customers ("you", "your"). By participating in these offers, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Offer Availability:
The employee discounts offered by Tool Kit Depot are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time, for any reason, and without liability.

Eligibility:
Eligibility for employee discounts is determined by agreements between Tool Kit Depot and specific commercial customers. Employees must present valid proof of employment with a participating customer to qualify for discounts.

Discount Application:
Discounts may vary based on the specific agreement with the customer and the type of products or services offered. Not all products or services may be eligible for discounts.

Verification:
Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to verify employment status and eligibility of individuals claiming employee discounts. Falsification of information may result in denial of discounts and possible legal action.

Limitations:
Employee discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Changes and Cancellations:

We may modify or cancel employee discounts, or alter these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Tax Time Sale

Promotion Period

Monday May 4, 2026 – Sunday May 31, 2026. Online purchases must be completed by 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday May 31, 2026 to receive the specified offer.

Offer

A range of discounted products and bonus offers are available to all customers. Additional exclusive offers are available to TKD Rewards Club Members. Customers may join our membership program at any time during the promotion before making a purchase to access member-only offers: 

• In-store:Sign up as a member before completing your transaction.
• Online:Ensure you are logged into your Tool Kit Depot member account at checkout online. Membership savings cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is completed.

How Discounts Are Applied

• In-Store: Discounts are automatically applied at the register for eligible purchases. Customers must provide sufficient identification as a TKD Rewards Club Member to access member-only offers.
• Online: Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. For member-only offers, customers must be logged into their Tool Kit Depot account to access the offers accordingly.

Instant Bonus Offers: Selected items are eligible for an Instant Bonus at the time of purchase. Bonus items cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other products. Offers are valid while promotional stock lasts and availability may vary by store.

• In-Store:If your purchase qualifies, the Instant Bonus item(s) will be provided at the register or when collecting your order, if available. Bonus items can be limited in stock and are only confirmed if available in-store at the time of purchase. Please contact your local store directly for stock availability.
• Online:Instant Bonus item(s) will be automatically added to the cart at checkout, if available.
  • Bonus item(s) are only guaranteed if they appear in the cart during checkout. If not visible, online bonus stock may be exhausted or no longer available. Stock levels vary by store location.
  • Bonus item(s) will be dispatched with the customer's order. However, if stock is limited, the order may be dispatched in multiple shipments or adjusted to reflect availability.

Exclusions

• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer including Price Beat Promise.
• TKD Rewards Club Members, Bunnings PowerPass Members and Tool Kit Depot account holders with negotiated business pricing are not eligible for additional discount beyond the promoted discounted offer advertised.
• PowerPass members may join the TKD Rewards Club Program during the promotion before making a purchase to access member-only offers.

Sign up as a TKD Rewards Club member and purchase either the Zupper PZ1930 or PZ-1240PE in a single transaction during May 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 to enter. Offer is available In-store and online. Each eligible purchase constitutes one entry. Prize consists of 1x Rawrr Mantis Mini R17 Electric Dirt Bike (RRP $4,999). Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Draw & Winner Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
• The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
• If the prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
• In the event of a redraw, The redraw will take place at 11:00am AEST on 17 July 2026 at 175 Railway Terrace, Keswick Terminal, SA 5031, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
• The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

Limitations

• All winning participants must adhere to the Shell V-Power Racing Team Corporate Ride Day Terms & Conditions.
• The hot lap experience will be held on Wednesday 26th August, 2026 with the location to be confirmed closer to the event date.
• All participants must be 16 years of age or over. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will need to be present at the time of registration. For safety reasons, height and weight restrictions apply to our race/ride cars.
• Guests exceeding 183cm/90kg/size XL will not be able to ride if they cannot be properly seated and strapped in the car. Shell V-Power Racing Team management will make the final decision should any issues arise.
• If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please bring a letter from your treating medical practitioner stating that travelling at speeds up to 280 Km/h will not impact said health condition. Any relevant medical conditions must be flagged with the Shell V-Power Racing Team prior to the ride day to ensure compliance with Motorsport Australia’s medical requirements for passenger rides.
• Guests are required to sign a Liability Release Form on the day prior to taking a ride. Please ensure that you are fully aware of what you are signing and that you are taking this ride entirely at your own risk.
• All participants will be required to wear approved gloves, helmet, HANS device and fire-proof race suit, which needs to be completely zipped and secured by the Velcro collar. Suit sizes range from S – XL – men’s sizing only.
• Passengers must wear full-length pants and fully enclosed footwear. NO steel cap boots are allowed as they will damage the car & NO high heels, ballet flats or sandals.
• NO privately owned helmets or suits are permitted + NO privately owned loose items such as cameras or mobile phones may be taken in the cars during the ride.
• This experience can be affected by the weather. For the safety of all, the crew will assess weather conditions and act accordingly.
• Tool Kit Depot is not liable for technical issues, including website malfunctions, that may impact participation. 
• Nothing in these T&Cs exclude, modify or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

• Shell V-Power Racing Team reserves the right to change ride dates, locations and session times. Every effort will be made to communicate any changes in a timely manner via the mobile phone number you provided as your contact on the day to limit any inconvenience
