TRADE Credit Account Terms & Conditions

Tool Kit Depot is proud to offer our valued TRADE (Credit) Account Customers
the ability to transact using their available credit balance online. To get the most
out of your account, the below terms and conditions apply to this offer.

 

- As a TRADE (Credit) Account Customer, you must have successfully paid (in-full), a
minimum of three (3) previous invoices within your credit terms of payment and have no
outstanding balance at the time of your first online credit transaction.


- Customer in-store purchases will not be visible or accessible in your online account.
Customer available credit balances will be updated several times daily to account for instore
purchases and will reflect available credit as at last update.


- Customers that have credit accounts on-hold or with an inactive status will not be eligible
for this offer. Your credit account must remain active, with any and all outstanding
balances paid in-line with your credit terms.


- Customer account payments of any outstanding credit balance is processed Monday -
Friday (excluding public holidays). Customers may experience a slight delay in funds
being applied to your credit account, which in turn may delay updating your available
credit balance to spend in-store and online.


- Customer available credit balances are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to
purchase TKD Gift Cards.


- Our Tool Kit Depot team will review your order and cross-check your account. In the event
your order does not meet our terms and conditions of this offer, we will reach out to
discuss.


- All credit terms relevant to your customer account remain intact and not varied due to
this offer.


- Our Tool Kit Depot team reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter this offer at any time
without notice.
