Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot’s Terms and conditions of Bunnings PowerPass* account holders’ access to discount pricing at Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot
- Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot may offer special pricing to eligible PowerPass account holders on selected products, ranges, categories or brands available from Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot. Receipt of any PowerPass special price is subject to these terms and conditions.
- To be eligible for, and to access PowerPass pricing online or in-store or through any other participating sales channel, customers must have an active and valid PowerPass account and complete any verification steps required by Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot.
- PowerPass pricing only applies where both the customer and the products are eligible at the time of purchase. Eligible products and applicable PowerPass pricing will be identified on the Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot website after the customer has verified their PowerPass account or as otherwise notified by Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot from time to time.
- If a customer’s PowerPass account is not valid, active or successfully verified, PowerPass pricing will not be applied unless and until the issue is resolved.
- Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot account managed customers are not eligible for PowerPass pricing. Customers with established Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot commercial arrangements, including negotiated, contracted or account-managed pricing, will continue to be managed through those arrangements.
- PowerPass pricing does not replace, vary or supplement any existing negotiated, contracted or account-managed Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot pricing, rebate, discount or other commercial arrangement. If more than one price, discount or benefit could apply to a purchase, Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot may determine which price, discount or benefit applies.
- PowerPass pricing is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, coupon, voucher, rebate, negotiated price, contracted price, account-managed price, price beat, clearance or other benefit including Blackwoods TKD Rewards Club membership, unless Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
- PowerPass pricing only applies to purchases at the Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot advertised retail price and only to eligible products identified by Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot. The range of eligible products is subject to change at any time at Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot’s discretion.
- PowerPass pricing is not available on Festool, Fein, Gift Cards or on clearance, sale, promotional, special order, non-stocked, indent, custom-made or made-to-order items.
- PowerPass pricing is available online, once the PowerPass account has been validated. Customers may also access PowerPass pricing in-store by presenting their valid PowerPass card or digital card on the PowerPass app at the time of purchase.
- PowerPass pricing displayed to a customer does not create an entitlement to purchase a product at that price unless and until Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot accepts the customer’s order. Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot may reject or cancel an order in accordance with its applicable sales terms.
- PowerPass pricing is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. No rainchecks are available.
- Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot may determine, change, suspend or withdraw eligible products, participating sales channels, discount amounts and the availability of PowerPass pricing at any time. Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot may also correct pricing, product eligibility or system errors and may refuse, cancel or amend an order where PowerPass pricing has been applied incorrectly.
- Products purchased from Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot remain subject to Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot’s applicable sales terms, delivery terms, returns policies, warranties and any other terms notified by Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot at or before the time of purchase.
- No credit is provided by Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot or Bunnings in relation to PowerPass pricing offered by Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot. A purchase from Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot is not transacted on a customer’s PowerPass credit account.
- Transactions completed with Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot will not be visible in the customer’s PowerPass account transaction history.
- For information about obtaining a Bunnings PowerPass membership, commercial customers with an ABN or ACN can apply through Bunnings Trade at: Bunnings Trade or contact the Commercial PowerPass Support team. Bunnings’ terms and conditions apply, and approval is subject to meeting Bunnings’ requirements.
- These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot may update, suspend or withdraw the PowerPass pricing program, or any part of it, at any time. The current version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Blackwoods Tool Kit Depot website.
